I'm a Kansas City BBQ snob, so I always wonder what I am going to get in TX. I ordered burnt ends, the Kansas City staple. A couple of these were authentically burnt ends, the rest was cubed brisket, but don't get me wrong, the flavor and tenderness of this meat was to die for, no piece overly fatty, truly the best of the brisket. The side of potato salad tasted like my grandma's, heavenly.

The Turkey and peach cobbler were great, but the brisket and burnt ends have absolutely no flavor. My brisket slices were all fat with no bark and the burnt ends were drier than Voldemorts scalp.

Absolutely delicious. The brisket was too fatty for my taste but the flavor was excellent. I will just request lean next time. Their sides are the best.

Bbq was subpar. Silver skin was not removed from ribs. Burnt ends were the worst I have ever had. The only thing that saved this meal was the turkey. Turkey was good. Will never order this again.
